Zoning


The Village is governed by a comprehensive zoning by-law, which sets out the permitted uses on a property. All new buildings or additions (even if a building permit is not required) must comply with the Village zoning by-law and other applicable legislation.


Before you submit your zoning by-law amendment application, please consult with Village staff to discuss your proposal, and identify any documentation needed to support your application.
