TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with Council Resolution 2020-094, the Village of Sundridge has received a complete application to amend the Municipal Zoning By-law 89-002. The application affects lands located in Part Lot 75, Registrar’s Compiled Plan No. 333 in the Village of Sundridge. The purpose of the application is to rezone the subject lands to permit a 51-unit residential apartment building and create special regulations for parking, setbacks and mixed-use permissions (residential, commercial and institutional uses, such as a library).
